Emergency calls are answered 24/7 and dispatched same day in Broward. Standard mobile work is scheduled within 24–48 hours. Shop fabrication runs one to three weeks depending on material availability and finishing.

Mild and galvanized steel, 304 and 316 stainless, 5052/5086/6061 aluminum, and cast iron or cast aluminum repair. We do not weld magnesium, titanium or exotic superalloys.

In most cases yes. We bond and isolate the work area first to protect shafts, bearings and electronics, run a fire watch, and coordinate hot-work permits with the marina. Some structural jobs still require a haul-out and we will tell you honestly which.

For structural work we provide welder qualifications, procedures and weld maps, and we coordinate with your engineer and inspector. The permit itself is normally pulled by the general contractor or owner, and we are happy to be listed as the welding subcontractor.

Guardrails we build for residential and commercial use are designed to the 4-inch sphere rule with 42-inch height where required and the applicable load criteria. Tell us the occupancy and we will spec accordingly.

Chloride exposure attacks 304 stainless and mild steel quickly. Within roughly a mile of open water, 316L or marine aluminum with proper isolation lasts far longer, which is cheaper than paying twice.

Tea staining is a light surface discoloration on stainless in salt air. It is cosmetic, not structural, and is prevented by correct alloy selection, passivation and periodic fresh-water rinsing. We include care instructions at handover.

Yes. A cracked bracket, one gate hinge or a single railing section is fine. We do have a minimum service call for mobile work, which we quote before scheduling.

You can. We will inspect it and quote workmanship only — our warranty then covers our welds, not the material or its finish.

Yes. Marinas, HOAs and facility managers can book scheduled quarterly or semi-annual rounds for railing, gate and dock hardware inspection with a fixed per-visit rate.

Clear a working path, secure pets, move vehicles and vessels out of the spark zone, and confirm access codes or dockmaster contact. If power is unavailable, tell us — the rig carries its own generator.
