• Correspondence: emails, text messages, photos of the job and any documents you send us.
• Job records: service address, work performed, materials used and invoicing details, kept for warranty and accounting purposes.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, recorded in standard web server logs.
• Cookies: a small local record of your cookie preference, plus optional analytics cookies if you accept them.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not collect payment card numbers through this website.

3. How we use your information

• To prepare and send estimates and to schedule the work you requested.
• To contact you about a job in progress, a warranty claim or a scheduled maintenance visit.
• To keep records required for accounting, insurance and warranty obligations.

Estimate requests that do not become jobs are deleted after 24 months. Completed job records, invoices and warranty documentation are retained for seven years to meet accounting, insurance and warranty requirements. Server logs are rotated within 12 months.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to inboxes and job records is limited to the owner and staff who need it, protected by strong passwords and multi-factor authentication where available. No system is perfect, so please do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through the website form.
