Welding & fabrication services
Six focused service lines, one shop, one crew. Everything below is quoted in writing with alloy, finish, hours and warranty spelled out before we strike an arc.
01 — Service
Marine & yacht fabrication
Salt water finds every shortcut. We use 316L stainless with matched filler, back-purge every structural tube weld, and passivate the finished part so it does not tea-stain within a season. Work is performed dockside at Bahia Mar, Pier 66, Lauderdale Marine Center, Harbour Towne and private docks, or in the shop when the part can travel.
- Bow and stern rails, pulpits, hard tops and tuna towers
- Swim platforms, boarding ladders, dive door frames
- Davit bases, anchor rollers, cleat and chock backing plates
- Fuel, water and hydraulic tank repair with pressure testing
- Prop shaft straightening, rudder and strut alignment
- Full passivation and mirror polishing before delivery

02 — Service
Structural steel & welding repair
For permitted work we follow AWS D1.1 procedures, keep WPS and welder qualification records on file, and coordinate directly with your engineer of record and the inspector. That paperwork is the difference between one inspection and three.
- Beams, columns, base plates and moment connections
- Mezzanines, catwalks, equipment platforms and stair stringers
- Lintel replacement and corroded steel remediation in coastal buildings
- Column jacketing, plate reinforcement and retrofit brackets
- Field welding to AWS D1.1 with documented procedures
- Weld maps and inspection support for permitted jobs

03 — Service
Gates, railings & ornamental ironwork
Ornamental work is judged from six feet away, so we grind and blend every visible joint, use hidden fasteners where possible, and specify aluminum instead of steel anywhere within a block of the ocean. Automation is roughed in for LiftMaster, Nice and Viking operators.
- Swing and slide driveway gates with automation-ready hardware
- Balcony, stair and pool-code guardrails (4-inch sphere compliant)
- Wrought iron fencing, garden gates and privacy screens
- Window guards, security doors and hurricane shutter frames
- Custom house numbers, signage frames and planter cages
- Powder coating in any RAL color with marine-grade primer

04 — Service
Mobile welding & on-site service
If a part cannot come off the boat, the building or the trailer, the rig comes to it. We carry stock tube, plate, angle and fasteners so a typical repair is diagnosed, cut, welded and finished on the same visit.
- 300A engine-driven welder, TIG, MIG, spool gun and stick
- Plasma cutting, oxy-fuel and air-arc gouging on board
- Magnetic drill, band saw and portable brake for field fit-up
- Generator power for sites with no service connection
- Dock, rooftop, parking garage and roadside access
- Same-visit completion for most common repairs

05 — Service
Aluminum, stainless & specialty alloys
Thin wall, dissimilar metals and heat-sensitive assemblies are where most shops hand the job back. We keep dedicated stainless and aluminum grinding media to avoid cross-contamination, and we pre-heat and slow-cool cast repairs instead of chasing the crack across the part.
- TIG welding down to 0.040-inch wall thickness
- 5052, 5086 and 6061 marine aluminum fabrication
- Food-grade 304/316 tables, sinks, hoods and shelving
- Cast iron and cast aluminum crack repair with pre-heat
- Heat exchanger, manifold and hydraulic line repair
- Aluminum trailer frames, ramps and boat lift components
Typical turnaround
Assessment within 24–48 hours, shop work in 1–3 weeks, emergency response same day. Every quote lists alloy, finish, hours and warranty in writing.
06 — Service
24/7 emergency welding
Emergency calls are billed at a published after-hours rate that we quote on the phone before dispatch — no open-ended meter. When a permanent fix needs materials we do not carry, we make the situation safe first and schedule the proper repair.
- Live phone line answered nights, weekends and holidays
- Failed gates, security doors and roll-up frames
- Broken dock ladders, cleats, gangways and pilings hardware
- Snapped trailer frames, hitches and ramp hinges
- Cracked equipment mounts and conveyor frames
- Temporary make-safe welding with a scheduled permanent repair
Typical turnaround
Assessment within 24–48 hours, shop work in 1–3 weeks, emergency response same day. Every quote lists alloy, finish, hours and warranty in writing.
Straight talk
What we do not do
Sculpture & art pieces
We build functional metal. For fine art commissions you want a dedicated artist-fabricator.
Auto body & exhaust
No unibody, panel or exhaust work. Trailer frames and hitches, yes.
Pipeline & pressure vessels
Coded ASME vessel and high-pressure pipeline work belongs with an R-stamp shop.
