316L stainless · Las Olas Isles
Fabricated and polished a replacement telescoping boarding ladder plus 22 feet of transom rail for a 61-foot motor yacht. Original mounts were galvanically pitted; we relocated backing plates and isolated all fasteners with nylon shoulder bushings.
Powder-coated aluminum · Coral Ridge
Twin 9-foot swing leaves with a scrolled top rail, roughed in for a LiftMaster operator, plus 118 feet of matching fence. Aluminum was specified over steel because the property sits three blocks from open water.
A36 structural steel · Oakland Park
1,850 square feet of storage mezzanine: W8 columns, W12 girders, bar joist infill and a code-compliant stair with landing. Erected over two weekends so warehouse operations never stopped. Passed inspection first visit.
304 stainless · Wilton Manors
Custom prep tables, wall shelving, a dish landing and an exhaust hood transition built to the kitchen's odd wall angles, all with continuous sanitary welds ground flush for health-code cleaning.
Marine aluminum · Pompano Beach
Replaced fatigued hinge assemblies and 40 feet of handrail on two floating-dock gangways. All work done in place on the water over three tide cycles with no slip closures.
316 stainless · Bahia Mar
Cracked leg weld discovered the evening before a tournament departure. Ground out, re-welded with back purge, dye-penetrant checked and polished by 5:00am.

Shop jobs come from all over South Florida. Mobile calls are dispatched daily to the areas below; anything further gets a travel line item quoted up front, never added after the fact.
Certificates of insurance can be filed with your dockmaster before we arrive.
